Avoid Cancer - Naturally

Citrus fruit--lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, tangerine--are loaded with vit c, unfortunately, their high acid content has bad side effects-- acid increase in joints and tissue, which plays a role in swollen sore joints, often diagnosed as arthritis, along with stomach and intestine swelling and bloating. Thus, it is strongly advised in order to avoid lemon or lime because there are enough other fresh produce for adequate ascorbic acid, which have no unwanted effects.

Spirulina, a species of blue-green algae, is used in juices to boost nutritional value, increase natural cancer-fighting substances. Spirulina is 60 % all-vegetable protein, full of beta carotene, iron, vitamin B-12 and GLA, an infrequent fatty acid.

Fiber-rich foods like bran, oats, barley, legumes, carrots, turnips, leafy vegetables and cabbage are strongly recommended to stop cancer. Although, wheat bran is usually the bran associated with preference, it can be highly acidic and therefore, has the same unwanted effects as citrus.

Every one of these fruit and veggies will keep your body's defence mechanism at top performance. 100 to 150 grams of fruit, 100 grams of raw, leafy vegetables--one fruit or 175 ml of fruit or fresh vegetable juice (not canned) is a perfect nutritional meal.

It's understandable that when you are smoking or baking in the sun, these nutritional therapies are fighting an up hill battle--therefore, it can be imperative that you incorporate all cancer fighting efforts. Stop smoking, stop baking your epidermis, etc.
